🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most of our products arrive within 14 days. During peak periods or for remote locations, delivery may take up to 4 weeks. We work with trusted suppliers to bring you premium quality — and great things are worth the wait!

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We ship across Canada and beyond. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@ownluxe.ca if you need to update your address. We'll do our best to make changes before your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@ownluxe.ca with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process quickly and easily.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


📏 Sizing Help

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering. Our sizing follows Western/North American sizing standards.

Do your products run true to size?

Most of our products run true to size. For shapewear and compression items, we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes for a more comfortable fit. Check the individual product size guide for specific recommendations.

I'm between sizes — what should I order?

For shapewear and fitted styles, size up for comfort. For loose or relaxed fits, go with your usual size. When in doubt, reach out to us and we'll help you decide!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at support@ownluxe.ca and we'll do our best to help.
