• 🇨🇦 Canada & United States: Most products arrive within 14 days. During peak periods or for remote locations, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.
• 🌍 International (outside Canada & U.S.): Please allow up to 60 days for your order to arrive.

We ship directly from our trusted manufacturing partners to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you. All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

• Canada & U.S.: Orders under $150 CAD — Flat rate of $9.99 CAD
• Canada & U.S.: Orders $150 CAD and over — FREE shipping
• International: Shipping charges calculated at checkout

Processing Time

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships, including your tracking number(s). Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages

OWNLUXE is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
